Access2Gov™ (A2G), an e-government revenue management system, is uniquely constructed to provide both a solid business approach to revenue management and a technology platform that allows continued growth and stability. This allows governments to conduct business at the G2C, G2B, and G2G levels with a single centralised application.

Access2Gov™ Product Philosophy
Our product philosophy is different than other solution providers. A2G is a COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) product and it is currently being used by numerous customers across world. Our philosophy is that any enhancement made in the product must comply with the international IEEE standards of COTS products, especially:
Usability The enhancements must not impact the customers who do not want this functionality. If the customer wants to make use of this feature then it must be parameter-driven functionality to use as per their requirements including refund, void and amendment of transactions and the fee.
Maintainability The enhancements must be done under standard structure of A2G to enable Infocorp to maintain the source code of the functionality for all the customers including DOF New York.
Portability The enhancements must be developed in such a way that they can be ported to new releases.
Reliability The enhancements must be tested thoroughly in all operational areas including voids, refunds and amendments to ensure the quality.
